

MEET THE CHEF
At a young age of 8, Chef Michael had a curiosity for food. He would often surprise his mother with breakfast that they would have from different restaurants and diners. Later, his curiosity turned into a deep passion for food and he decided he would pursue a professional career doing what he grew to love.
Chef Michael’s professional career began with attending Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts and upon graduating, Chef Mike then moved on to an internship at the Ritz Carlton Resort in the Virgin Islands. In March of 2014, he then joined the Chateau Elan Culinary team as a Lead Line Chef and climbed the culinary ladder to Head Culinary Studio Chef for the next 5 years.
After being exposed and mentored within different cultures, Chef Mike has developed a distinct style that incorporates Southern food with a dash of Northern flare. With all this said, we are proud to have him join our team to offer his carefully thought out gourmet meal that was prepared with love and passion that not only feeds the soul, but it will have you feeling like you had an experience through your tastebuds!
